New Customers

First time ordering must be accompanied by a copy of your STATE'S TAX EXEMPTION FORM before items will be shipped.


Backorders

If stones you are interested in purchasing are not in stock, you may backorder any balance quantity.

Please indicate if you wish to place backorders when order is placed.

All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency values.

Quotations can be furnished upon request.


E.H. Ashley Shipping Policy

Our regular business hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Orders received after hours as well as Holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day.

All orders will be shipped USPS priority mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If other specific arrangements need to be made, please contact your salesperson. We take pride in our customer service and all efforts will be made to get your in-stock orders out the same business day. However, orders placed after 3PM (Monday - Thursday) or after 1PM on Fridays, may ship the following business day.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is delivered to its intended destination. If a package is being delivered to an area of concern, you may want to purchase insurance on your package.


•On shipments valued over $1,000, we ship UPS.


•If a shipment is valued over $1,000 and you want to ship USPS, we recommend you purchase insurance. EH Ashley will not be responsible for USPS packages over $1,000 if the customer decides not to insure them.


For customers who prefer Fed-Ex, it is an option, but there is an earlier cut-off time. Fed-Ex orders placed after 2PM (Monday - Thursday) or 11:00 AM on Fridays, may ship the following business day.

Fed Ex ground orders will always ship the following business day as same day pick-up is not available.

On rare occasions when situations are out of our control such as a power outage, system failure or inclement weather and same day shipping is not possible, your salesperson will contact you.

International Shipping

International orders ship Monday - Thursday only. Customers who are shipping outside the United States and using a carrier other than USPS must provide an account number with the shipping carrier of your choice (does not apply to Canada shipments). If the account number is later deemed invalid or un-billable, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
International customers are also responsible for all duties and taxes associated with their shipment.

We only ship USPS on International shipments valued at $2,499.00 or less.


We recommend, that International customers who choose to ship through USPS, purchase insurance. We are not able to track these orders once they leave the US and EH Ashley will not be responsible for shipments that do not reach their destination.

Please note that International shipments take longer to process, and same day shipping is not guaranteed.

Free Shipping Promotions - At the time they are offered, will go out as follows:


•Shipments valued under $1,000 will be shipped USPS priority mail.


•Shipments valued over $1,000 will be shipped UPS ground.


If a customer wants an order shipped USPS priority mail and the value is over $1,000, the shipping will be free, but the customer will be charged for insurance on that package.

Current on-line promotional offer:  Free shipping on orders valued over $250.00 and include ONE free back-order shipment.

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day usually by 10:30 AM

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day usually by 3:00 PM

UPS 2ND Day Air:  2 Business days usually by the end of the day

UPS 3 Day Select:  3 Business days by end of the day

UPS Ground:  1 - 5 Business days by end of the day

International
USPS International Priority (6-10 days service) There may be some delays on estimated delivery time due to customs processing and handling.
USPS International Express (3-5 days service) There may be some delays on estimated delivery time due to customs processing and handling.

Our standard payment terms are Credit Card only.

We accept all major Credit Cards:  MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.


C.O.D: Payments are not accepted.

E.H. Ashley & Company Return Policy

We are committed to excellent service and quality. However, in the rare case that there is an issue with one of our deliveries, we want to make clear our return policy.

Please note

Credit will not be issued without AUTHORIZATION. A return authorization number from a salesperson is required prior to returning any merchandise.

Shortages, Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Claims for shortage of goods, defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Please inspect goods upon receipt. 

All other returns are subject to approval and may incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Approved returns are for in-house credit and are valid for one year or they will be forfeited. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS.

Merchandise returned because of damage or defective goods or incorrect product because of OUR error will not incur a restocking fee.

Items not eligible for return:
• Special order items
• Clearance items
• Promotional items marked final sale

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of the original sales order or invoice AND the Return Authorization number clearly marked on such to receive proper credit. We are not responsible for lost returns or merchandise returned damaged because of improper packaging.
