Production and Delivery Information
In order to offer customers an expanded variety of our exclusive EHA CUSTOM COATINGS & CUSTOM EFFECTS brand, and to provide improved delivery and service, we've implemented a four-week rotating schedule for all coatings and effects. Important! Inform your salesperson if you need a coating by a certain date. We will
check base stone availability or help find alternatives.

Local Custom Coating production will be closed for vacation May 13th-24th Coating delivery that will be impacted are Brandy, Caramel, Champagne, Chili, Glimmer, Lemon, Mahogany, Purple Haze, Summer Blush, Verde.

based on the availability of the base stones. Please inform your
salesperson if you need a coating by a certain date so we can make sure
the base stones will be available in time or to help you find an alternative. PLAN AHEAD! International production of EHA Custom Coatings will be closed August 5th – August 23rd. We encourage customers who need delivery in August and early September to place orders by June 14th. This will also effect delivery on EHA Ultras. Please contact your salesperson to learn more.

guidelines and all product is inspected before being shipped out to
customers.
Due to the hand done nature of the process, there is a high likelihood of some color variation and slight flaws.

We strive to attain the highest quality for all our products however, this product cannot be returned as it is all produced to order.
