Overview of E. H. Ashley Shop Site
Our system is available 24/7 for you to browse, place orders, view current specials, search for available items, and view account information. We invite current and potential customers to shop on our site; however you must be a Qualified Wholesale Customer to purchase merchandise online.

Qualified Wholesale Customers' Tax Exempt Certificate
All customers must submit a copy of Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption for their state before we can open an account and ship merchandise. This certificate should include name, address, and Tax ID number. This is obtained from the state in which the customer has set up their business.

The COLLECTIONS tab separates our merchandise by collection. Want easy access to see what EHA Brilliance has to offer or the Newest Launch? Choose COLLECTIONS > EHA BRILLIANCE CRYSTAL.

Choosing PRODUCT GRID VIEW displays all of product categories in one place. SHOP BY CATEGORY is displayed at the top of this page. Showing all of the merchandise by category, rather than collection, you can view the variety of merchandise available at E.H. Ashley.

PRODUCT GRID VIEW
From the upper navigation, choosing Product Grid View will display all of the categories of merchandise in one place. This page allows you to SHOP BY CATEGORY rather than by the major collections.
This navigation can be accessed from any page and will return you to this view when chosen.
Product Search
One of the easiest methods for finding products on the site is to use the Item Search. Input descriptions or keywords and the search will yield all products that contain those term(s). (For example: 5328 aqua or 10mm aqua) The search functionality will also display categories in which the term appears. This will provide useful if your terms are not exact.
Shopping Cart
You select items to place into your cart by inserting an amount for each line item you wish to order. Pricing, pack quantity, and inventory will be shown when an item is selected. Once you've made your selections, you must click the "Add to my Cart" button to record your order quantities in the system. Once you've input your quantities and clicked the "Add to my Cart" button, you have several options available. The shopping cart is always displayed on the right of the page.
For approved customers: To process a shopping cart as an order, click the Checkout Button on the cart page. Doing so will take you to a Shipping Instruction page. On this page, you can select the shipping option you wish to use. Please note if you have not logged in you will be prompted to do so. Once you are logged in you may View Cart to proceed with your order.
Non-E.H. Ashley EShop Customers: Whether you are waiting for approval or new to the system you may still shop. Once you Checkout you will be prompted to EMAIL CART. Your order will be emailed to E.H. Ashley and will be entered and processed as long as you have an open account with us. Otherwise we will contact you about setting up a wholesale account.
Confirming an Online Order
Once you've completed all of your entries and selections, you can review your order to ensure that it has all the correct information prior to submitting it. A description text box is provided so you can input information to identify the order easily. At this point, you can cancel or submit the order to E.H. Ashley.
The moment you submit your online order, the order will be placed into your order folder and the system will generate an electronic mail acknowledgement back to your email account. E. H. Ashley will review and process the order upon receipt and prepare your order for pick-up or delivery as per your request.
If you need to be contacted about any aspect of the order, E.H. Ashley will contact you by phone or email to discuss the issue with you for clarification.
Account Services
By clicking on the My Account tab after logging in, you can access the following information as shown on the screen. You can view and print invoices, statements, and orders and access up-to-date account information any time you desire. You can also maintain your User Profile.
