If stones you are interested in purchasing are not in stock, you may backorder any balance quantity.
Please indicate if you wish to place backorders when order is placed.

We are committed to excellent service and quality. In the rare case that there is an issue with one of our deliveries, this is our return policy:
• Returns are subject to approval and may incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Merchandise returned because of damage or defective goods or incorrect product because of OUR error will not incur a restocking fee.
• Approved returns are for in-house credit and are valid for one year or they will be forfeited.
• A Return Authorization Number issued by a salesperson is required prior to returning any merchandise.
• Credit will not be issued without AUTHORIZATION.
EHA Custom Coatings & Effects
E.H. Ashley has been the industry leader in producing custom effects and coatings on crystal for many years. Our coatings transform colors in the most beautiful ways, and we are known worldwide for this product. This process is done using very controlled and strict guidelines, and all product is inspected before being shipped out to customers.
• Due to the hand done nature of the process, there is a high likelihood of some color variation and slight flaws.
• We strive to attain the highest quality for all our products. This product cannot be returned as it is all produced to order.
• Please call your salesperson to verify product information before placing your order.
• All products are subject to availability and the above terms and conditions.

Shortages, Defective or Damaged Merchandise
• Claims for shortage, defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
• Please inspect goods upon receipt.
• WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS.
Special Orders and Product Specification
Manufacturers and Suppliers are increasingly becoming more stringent with order cancellation and returns. Therefore, all special order items will require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to our ordering merchandise from the manufacturer. These items are non-cancellable, and returns are not accepted.
Other orders that may require a 50% non-refundable deposit as well include
• Items that we do not stock
• Large quantities of one stone, size, color, or coating
• Large dollar orders â€“ over $5,000

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of the original sales order or invoice AND the Return Authorization number, clearly marked on such to receive proper credit. We are not responsible for lost returns or merchandise returned damaged because of improper packaging.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion unless specific arrangements are made via your salesperson.
• Orders valued over $1,000 - will be shipped via UPS.
• If USPS is preferred on orders valued over $1,000 - we recommend purchasing insurance.
• E.H. Ashley will not be responsible for un-insured USPS packages over $1,000.
• E.H. Ashley will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is delivered to its intended destination.
• If a package is being delivered to an area of concern, please consider insuring your package.
• International orders ship Monday - Thursday only.
• We ship USPS on International shipments valued at $2,499.00 or less.
• We recommend that International customers using USPS purchase insurance.
• We cannot guarantee same-day shipping as International orders take longer to process.
• Customers who are shipping outside the United States not using USPS must provide an account number for another carrier. (except Canada)
• If payment for shipment cannot be processed the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
• International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with their shipment.
• E.H. Ashley will not be responsible for shipments that do not reach their destination.

• If Fed-Ex is preferred there is an earlier cut-off time for ordering and same-day shipping.
• Fed-Ex orders placed after 2PM (Monday - Thursday) or 11:00 AM on Fridays, may ship the following business day.
• Fed-Ex ground orders will always ship the following business day as same day pick-up is not available.
Free Shipping Promotions
During the time Free Shipping Promotions are offered they will go out as follows:
• Orders valued under $1,000 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
• Orders valued over $1,000 will be shipped UPS Ground.
• Customer is responsible for purchasing insurance for orders valued over $1,000 if using USPS Priority Mail for Free Shipping Promotion.
